Two hospitalized after Coral Springs shooting
CORAL SPRINGS - Two people, including a minor, were shot late Thursday night and rushed to two different hospitals, authorities said.
One of the victims, an unidentified adult male with a gunshot wound to his chest, was taken by helicopter to North Broward Medical Center, said city fire department spokesman Mike Moser.
The other shooting victim, a young female, was taken by ambulance to Broward General Medical Center, Moser said. She was shot in the shoulder, authorities said. Her age was not released.
The shooting happened around 11:15 in the 8900 block of Wiles Road.
Their conditions were unknown.
